Visual Merchandising Role

The role of a Visual Merchandiser involves delivering high levels of customer service and maintaining a strong visual image in store. Your attention to detail and passion for fashion will enable you to create engaging displays that elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
  • Monitor product replenishment and maintain image standards in store
  • Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise
  • Create and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and trends
  • Greet and interact with customers, providing assistance as required
  • Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback
  • Support other store functions as needed
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Visual Merchandising experience in retail or a relevant qualification
  • Appreciation for fashion and products
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Desire for professional growth and inspiring others within the team
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week, with a set roster including weekdays and weekends
