About the Role

As a Course Advisor for Allied Health programs, you will be the trusted expert guiding candidates through course options and enrolment procedures.

This role works closely with a supportive team and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible working hours. You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though occasional adjustments between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM may be required.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Enquiry Management: Provide timely responses and follow-ups on enquiries from prospective students via phone and email.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with course enquirers while developing positive communication and dialogue.
  3. Course Promotion: Encourage enrolment using a consultative, need-based approach.
  4. Performance Management: Achieve key performance indicators while meeting customer needs.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain course enquirer records in our CRM System.
About You

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who loves inspiring students about career opportunities in their chosen program.

Ideally, you will have:

  1. Previous experience in a course advisory role or equivalent experience in other sales-based positions.
  2. Experience in a student services or telephone-based role within an education provider will be highly regarded.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  4. Experience in utilising CRM systems to manage external client relationships.
