Care Companion

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to provide high-quality personal care to residents in the evenings at our residential care facility.

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Assist residents with daily life tasks, personal care and mobility.
• • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop person-centred care plans that focus on healthy ageing.
• • Use effective communication skills to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.

Requirements:

• • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care is essential.
• • Previous experience as a Personal Carer is required.
• • Impressive relationship-building skills and the ability to work confidently without direct supervision are essential.
