We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our retail team as a Casual Retail Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, creating exceptional customer experiences every day.

About the Role

You will work closely with our store management team to achieve sales success and contribute to a positive store environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products and recommending items that meet customers' needs
  • Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Collaborating effectively as part of a fast-paced retail team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Retail and Point of Sale experience, preferably within the homewares field
  • Demonstrated sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours as needed
