Job Opportunity: Concrete Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, actively participating in day-to-day site operations, and proficiently operating plant and mobile equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Batching of orders to specified mix designs using dedicated programs and systems
  • Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching
  • Managing day-to-day administration, including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
  • Participation in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
  • General yard housekeeping and maintenance

What We Are Looking For:

  • Interest in the concrete industry, with full training provided
  • Sound computer skills working with multiple systems and safety reporting
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday as required
  • Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required
