About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administration Assistant in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual who can provide administrative support to our RTO Chief Executive Officer and ensure the effective daily functioning of the department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the RTO Chief Executive Officer
- Maintain accurate records and data entry using online platforms
- Assist with student record administration
- Communicate effectively with students, staff and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to child safety
- Experience working in a vocational education or educational environment
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
