Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the presentation of our accommodation and venue areas is of a consistent standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards
  • Linen changes, cleaning of cabins, replenish stock and recording of items in rooms
  • Work with a great team, but also work autonomously as required

Requirements

  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service and engaging in great conversations with our guests
  • Housekeeping experience (Front Office or Grounds & Maintenance experience a bonus)
  • Good time management and an eye for detail
  • Fitness and energy to work hard and help the team get things done
  • A reliable person who takes pride in showing up on time and giving their best on each shift
  • An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations
  • Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays
  • A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
