Thriving Technology Teams Seek Solution Designers

Joining a Not-For-Profit Organisation's thriving Technology team means being part of an exciting journey. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering detailed solution designs that bring together architectural vision, security standards, high-level solution design, business process, and business requirements.

These designs will form the foundation for internal and external configuration, development, and integration teams to implement digital solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the team and broader business to ensure all detailed solution designs meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed solution designs combining architectural vision, security standards, high-level solution design, business process, and business requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure all detailed solution designs meet the required standards.
  • Manage detailed solution design across the full development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Practical experience working with modular architecture and knowledge of using configurable platforms as a base for business capability.
  • History of delivering detailed solution designs meeting appropriate standards, including security, legislative, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrable experience creating detailed technical design documentation, including integration specifications, configuration documents, and data engineering specifications.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement ability and communication skills.
  • Microsoft toolset, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office 365, and Power Platform, is highly desirable.
