Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer to lead the design and evolution of scalable backend systems that support our admin experiences. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand multi-team admin needs, spot opportunities for system improvements, and turn them into scalable, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality, maintainable, and scalable backend systems that meet the needs of large-scale organisations
  • Mentor and support other engineers in their technical growth and development

Required Skills and Qualifications
