Belle Property Mornington and Mt Eliza is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Property Manager. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and wants to build a successful career.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining regular communication with current landlords
  • Organising repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspecting where necessary
  • Preparing, lodging and presenting applications to the VCAT and acting in accordance with orders
  • Tracking rent arrears
  • Carrying out rent reviews
  • Duties as requested by agency Principal and Team Leader
  • Identifying challenges and being solution-focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team
  • Overseeing property compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation
  • Checking and approving tenancy applications
  • Supervising the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents
  • Preparing and placing advertisements for available rental properties
  • Managing rental enquiries and showing available properties
  • Organising appointments and conducting open for inspections

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Prior experience in property management
  • Current industry standard certifications are essential
  • Reliable car/drivers licence
  • Fine-tuned negotiation skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Corporate presentation
  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Organised, reliable and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
