The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Kinetic Fleet Services, a leading provider of fleet maintenance services to the bus industry across Australia. As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy commercial vehicles, including general maintenance tasks and major engine component rebuilds.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using computer-controlled systems.
  3. Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve maintenance and repair objectives.
  4. Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  1. Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in providing maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet.
  3. Minimum MR license (HR license or above preferred but not essential).
  4. Exposure to diagnostics via computer-controlled systems is a bonus.
