Key Responsibilities:- Assisting patients in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their needs
- Performing adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs to ensure optimal results
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude at all times
- Maintaining the display and cleanliness of the optical area to create a positive experience for every patient
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed to maintain efficiency and productivity
