We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team.

As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential services to assist our clients with daily tasks, promoting their independence and well-being.

This rewarding role requires a caring and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general housekeeping and domestic assistance
  • Cook meals and assist with grocery shopping
  • Assist with personal care and mobility
  • Support clients with social activities and transportation

You will be working closely with our care teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value making a positive impact on people's lives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 months experience in a similar professional role
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
