Job Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the development and growth of claims administrators and case managers within an insurance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching interventions to improve performance.
  • Support team members in delivering high-quality customer service through training and guidance.
  • Assist Team Leaders in improving feedback quality and communication of best practice.
  • Develop strategies to enhance process efficiency and cross-skill team members.
  • Engage with stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet learner needs.

Operational Management

Work closely with key stakeholders to prioritize activities across teams.

Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in meeting business needs.

Investigate and resolve complex member queries.

People Leadership

Collaborate with claims teams to identify learning gaps and address them.

Align coaching with existing quality frameworks.

Support team members with feedback, support, and coaching to develop their capabilities.

Governance & Risk

Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Support assurance programs to maintain effective risk management and compliance practices.
