Job Title:

As a highly skilled Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children in our care. Your role will involve working closely with our centre management team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that promote the physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and cultural development of children;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's curiosity and creativity;
  • Providing exceptional support to families and ensuring effective communication with parents and caregivers about their child's progress and well-being;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in early childhood education and care.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma-level qualification in Early Childhood Education;
  • Significant experience working with children of all ages, particularly in a childcare or preschool setting;
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and ability to apply its principles in practice;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, families, and external partners.
