Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Health Care Kogarah. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide evidence-based nursing care to people of all ages and cultural groups, including individuals, families, and communities.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve goals and health outcomes. You will take a leadership role in the coordination of nursing and healthcare within and across different care contexts to facilitate optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency
- Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
- Demonstrated computer literacy and experience in using an electronic patient record system
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
