We are seeking a highly skilled trainer and assessor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to students from diverse backgrounds
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) with units TAEASS502 and TAELLN401, or higher level of Training and Assessment qualifications
  • Relevant industry experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership and Management experience: 1 year
  • Training and Assessment Certificate
