Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundworker Supervisor to join our team at Reliable Contractors LTD. As a Groundworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the groundworks operations on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate groundworks teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all groundworks operations are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and control the quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of groundworks operations, including concrete associated works and remedial works.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CSCS Blue Card and manual handling certification.
