Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children
  • Assess and record children's progress and development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent)
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years
  • Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service
  • Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families, and individual children's needs
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development
