About the RoleThe Neonatal Foundation Program is a comprehensive training program designed for registered nurses new to neonatal care.
The program includes study days, supernumerary shifts, and clinical rotations, providing a hands-on learning experience.
This role involves working with premature and sick neonates and their families in both NICU and SCN environments.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with Australian health standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant state or territory nursing board.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
