Job Opportunity

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our sales team, responsible for delivering sales targets and building strong relationships with customers in the Gold Coast area.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales through product distribution and visibility across our brand portfolio. You will work closely with customers to achieve business objectives and priorities.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive mutual success through maximised sales
  • Achieve profit growth targets via best-in-class availability across our range of products
  • Implement and ensure compliance of promotional programs across customers
  • Optimise fridge utilisation and manage locations to increase sales opportunities

About You

  • Enjoy providing exceptional customer service with previous sales experience highly regarded
  • Knowledge of independent grocery channels highly valued but not essential
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
  • Willingness to challenge current ways of thinking to drive sales growth and develop new opportunities
  • Display high levels of teamwork and resilience to overcome sales challenges and achieve targets
