We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Nightfill Assistant Manager. As a key member of our grocery department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nightfill process, including receiving and stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the nightfill team to ensure efficient and accurate receipt and stocking of merchandise
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes to maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store appearance and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or grocery environment, with a focus on nightfill operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and store appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
