We are seeking a Senior Technical Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Job Description

The Senior Technical Leader will oversee the design, development, and deployment of software systems, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, scalability, and security. This includes:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;

  • Collaborating with product management, design, and other departments to ensure cohesive project alignment;

  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and user manuals;

  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies;

  • Mentoring and coaching junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing software development teams and proven track record at building and maintaining good team culture;

  • Knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, and processes in software development, systems engineering, and DevSecOps;

  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advocate for the engineering team's needs;

  • Familiarity with coding and development practices, enabling better collaboration with engineers and troubleshooting;

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and iterative development.
