Job Role: Retail Operations Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven retail operations manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional store performance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results within a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong ability to motivate and coach staff to meet and exceed targets.

  • Support and develop a high-performing team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer experience and build loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail leadership position, preferably with a focus on operations or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales analytics software and tools, such as CRM systems.
