Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join JLL and work onsite for a highly valued retail client at Belmont Forum in Perth's inner eastern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
  • As the first point of contact for centre management, you will answer calls and attend to customers and contractors with a positive and cheerful manner.
  • You will be responsible for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable duties, general office management tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, mail management, contract management, and maintaining and updating all Shopping Centre registers.
  • You will also attend to general customer & tenant enquires, collect sale figures from tenants monthly, and enter into MRI.
About You

We are looking for a people person who can multitask, be calm in the face of conflicting priorities, and enjoys a varied workload. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent computer skills in Office applications, and previous accounts payable or accounts receivable experience is desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 to $85,000 AUD per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
