About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of Naval Combat Systems through the development of winning capture strategies and the successful pursuit of key opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing the opportunity to award process, ensuring a robust budget, schedule, and risk management strategy. This includes developing solutions, pricing strategies to maximise win probability, customer solutions, and stakeholder management plans.

This role also encompasses competitive analysis, team formation, and the development of proposal strategies. You will lead and manage a cross-functional capture team, executing assigned capture activities that lead to securing new business and strategic sales growth.

Your primary objective is to evolve capture strategies and plans throughout the Win Business lifecycle, deploying strategies to create differentiators, mitigate risks, and develop compliant and compelling bids that improve the probability of win.

You will drive the development and completion of critical bid artefacts required for proposal development, conduct and participate in gate, pricing, teaming, and capture reviews, and engage and leverage internal senior stakeholders throughout the capture process to support key process elements and ensure buy-in, confidence, and timely approvals.
