Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Specialist to join our team at Cater Care.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for providing sound, practical advice and solutions to management in employee performance and disciplinary matters.

You will also maintain the Group IR Log and provide regular risk reporting, review and appraise company policies and procedures, conduct and report on workplace investigations, and keep abreast of legislation and regulations in HR/IR and update the business on employment related legislative changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management on employee performance and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on employee relations and risk management
  • Review and recommend updates to company policies and procedures
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 depending on experience.
