Are you enthusiastic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service during the festive season? We are seeking cheerful and charismatic individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Helpers.

Job Description:

  • Assist customers with their queries and provide personalized recommendations on our range of homewares and gifts.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment by decorating the store, preparing displays, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
