We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to Defence personnel.
About the Role
- This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician with a focus on mentorship, clinical leadership, and continuous improvement to join our team and make a real contribution to the provision of health services to our Defence Force members.
- You will be responsible for providing evidence-based practice physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitative services to Defence personnel.
- You will also undertake supervisory and management functions for the physiotherapy department to ensure the provision of high-quality physiotherapy services.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Works well with both people and details.
- Has strong management skills, including leadership and conflict resolution.
- Has a genuine commitment to mentor, lead, and grow internal talent and champion a meaningful career pathway for our clinicians.
Requirements
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 5 years full-time postgraduate musculoskeletal experience in an accredited physiotherapy environment (or part-time equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years full-time postgraduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years in an accredited physiotherapy environment (or part-time equivalent).
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
