Job SummaryWe're looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team, responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing referrals, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our participants receive the best possible support and services.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage referrals and allocate resources efficiently
- Provide high-quality, tailored advice to participants navigating the NDIS
- Collaborate with operational team members to ensure a positive intake and service delivery process
- Manage new and existing funding requests to ensure NDIS funds are available for service
- Exceptional customer engagement skills and experience
- Solid understanding of the person-centered approach, NDIS principles, and National Disability Service Standards
- Experience working within the NDIS and/or disability sector
- Authorised to work in Australia
- Valid Australian Driver License
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Psychology or Certificate IV in Community Services
- Minimum 2-year industry experience
