Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team, responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing referrals, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our participants receive the best possible support and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage referrals and allocate resources efficiently
  • Provide high-quality, tailored advice to participants navigating the NDIS
  • Collaborate with operational team members to ensure a positive intake and service delivery process
  • Manage new and existing funding requests to ensure NDIS funds are available for service
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer engagement skills and experience
  • Solid understanding of the person-centered approach, NDIS principles, and National Disability Service Standards
  • Experience working within the NDIS and/or disability sector
  • Authorised to work in Australia
  • Valid Australian Driver License
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Psychology or Certificate IV in Community Services
  • Minimum 2-year industry experience
