Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetician to join our team as a La Mer Aesthetician - Luxury Skincare Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing expert skincare services and consultations to clients, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Aesthetician, with a Beauty Therapy Diploma. Prior experience in retail is highly desirable, as you will work closely with in-store teams to share expertise and support eventing activities. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultation on La Mer skincare products and protocols
- Leverage your expertise to recommend personalized skincare regimens for clients based on their concerns and lifestyle
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to brand standards and store operations
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless counter coverage during events and special promotions
- Foster long-term client relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and appointment management
Requirements
- Experience as an Aesthetician with a Beauty Therapy Diploma (2+ years)
- Prior retail experience, preferably in luxury skincare or beauty
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
What We Offer
As a La Mer Aesthetician - Luxury Skincare Specialist, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also benefit from:
