About the Role
We're seeking a Store Team Member (Cleaning and Trolley Collection) to ensure a safe, seamless, and positive shopping experience for our customers and create a welcoming store environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Complete a checklist of cleaning tasks across all departments and throughout the store
- Use equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the shop and team areas
- Clean, dust, and wipe shelving and equipment throughout the store and team areas
- Collect trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions
- Work both indoors and outdoors, often independently
About You and Your Skills
- Commit to providing excellent customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Set priorities, meet deadlines, and showcase a strong work ethic
- Work autonomously and follow instructions
- Be physically fit, active, and energetic, as you'll be lifting up to 17kgs regularly
- Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
- Ability to commute outside of public transport operating hours
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided on using chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment
