About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable lifeguards to join our team at the Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre in Lidcombe, NSW. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment around our pools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety of our patrons
  • Monitor and maintain the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OHS and public safety regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
Requirements
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence
