Senior Educator Opportunity

Join a dynamic team and take charge of your own educational program, shaping the lives of young children during their crucial developmental years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, prioritizing safety and inclusivity

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

About the Centre:

Our centre is a supportive, collaborative environment where everyone helps one another. We have an intimate 74-place setting, supported by a dedicated and experienced leadership team. Our staff members boast an average tenure of five to fifteen years, with most Educators holding at least a Diploma qualification.
