FIFO Line Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FIFO Line Chef to join our casual pool in Western Australia. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years' experience in a remote village, with strong bulk/batch cooking skills and a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate. They will also have comprehensive knowledge of HACCP principles and workplace safety systems, as well as intermediate Microsoft Office skills and a WA Manual C Class drivers' license.

As a FIFO Line Chef, you will work at multiple sites across WA, liaising with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure a smooth and profitable kitchen operation. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
