Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and assisting clients
  • Managing appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Assisting with data entry and document preparation
  • Providing information and handling inquiries
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and organization

About You:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is required
  • Industry experience is highly desirable
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Initiative, drive, and passion for the industry
