Retail Sales Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Team Member to join our team at Stratco Deer Park store.
As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on Stratco products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in person, via email, and over the phone
- Design and sell Stratco products to meet customer needs and preferences
- Process and enter orders accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
- Adhere to Stratco's safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Computer and data entry skills
- Desire to learn Stratco products and industry

- Experience in building industry or manufacturing
