Pharmacy Education Specialist

This role is focused on delivering and assessing clinical education for pharmacy students, with a strong emphasis on experiential learning. The successful candidate will lead and participate in activities such as clinical placements and simulation, contributing to the development of educational initiatives that enhance student learning experiences.
About the Role:- Deliver and assess clinical education across undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs.
- Lead and participate in experiential learning activities, including clinical placements and simulation.
- Contribute to curriculum development and educational initiatives that enhance student learning experiences.
- Clinical Education Delivery: Deliver high-quality clinical education to pharmacy students, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and knowledge to practice effectively.
- Experiential Learning: Lead and participate in experiential learning activities, including clinical placements and simulation, to provide students with real-world experience.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of curricula and educational initiatives that align with the needs of the pharmacy profession and enhance student learning experiences.
- A PhD in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- General Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Advanced clinical knowledge and person-centred care, with expertise in clinical teaching and assessment.
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness, passion for educational excellence, and ability to design engaging curricula.
