">Job Description:Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Close Observation Unit, providing best practice care to complex patients requiring High Dependency and Coronary Care.
Our ideal candidate is a resilient, organised, and confident individual with strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, responding to rapidly changing patient conditions, and supporting patient safety and outcomes.
As a member of our team, you will have opportunities to precept and guide nursing students, contribute to safety and quality projects, and engage in ongoing education. Our supportive environment ensures that every shift is staffed with two RNs, and you will be supported by a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager and a full-time Clinical Nurse Educator.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Completion of (or willingness to complete) a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care highly regarded
