Job Title: Coffee Service Professional

Coffee Service Professionals play a key role in delivering exceptional service at our hotel. We're seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Brew Master.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Food & Beverage Management team to execute smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensuring all coffee machines are clean, stocked, and maintained to high standards.
  • Developing a thorough knowledge of all food and beverages served in the hotel.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, meeting quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintaining inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
What You'll Need:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
