Car Mechanic Job Summary

About this job: We're looking for a skilled and experienced car mechanic to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues in various vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance
  • Replace worn or faulty parts as needed to maintain high standards of quality
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety practices to maintain a safe working environment
