Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Case Manager to deliver exceptional case management services to our premium and VIP clients.

The successful candidate will work with some of our most discerning clients, providing bespoke care plans tailored to each individual's needs.

This role involves onboarding new clients, undertaking comprehensive client assessments, and delivering high-quality case management services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A qualification in nursing or a related healthcare field
