About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Assist with meal preparation, including food handling and kitchen duties.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
