Job Title: Store Operations ManagerAbout the Role

This is a dynamic retail leadership opportunity for an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team and drive the success of our stores.

  • As Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, working closely with our Store Managers and back of house teams to ensure smooth store operations.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee store operations, including managing loss prevention, stocktake, inventory levels and store standards.
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Guide customers through our range of products and brands, fostering genuine relationships and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team and store administration assistant to manage store operations efficiently.
  • Ensure all OH&S protocols are upheld, promoting a culture of safety for all employees.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail management experience (2-3 years), preferably with a larger format retailer or a Store Manager from a smaller retail store.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage people effectively.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • An empathetic leader who takes pride in seeing their team succeed.
