**About the Role**

Ambition Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our dynamic global organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and preparing journals in line with company accounting policies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including but not limited to journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly transactions, including issuing credit and debit notes.
  • Oversee the Fixed Asset process, working closely with internal teams and overseas shared services.
  • Manage manual payments and coordinate with the shared service team.
  • Support audit processes, ensuring timely completion of internal and external audit requests.
  • Assist with Balance Sheet Reconciliation for country-specific General Ledgers.
  • Contribute to the month-end process in collaboration with international finance teams.

**What We're Looking For**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA qualified or working towards it).
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in financial or management accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
