We're seeking charismatic and enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Experience Associates to join our team this festive season. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to be part of creating an unforgettable Christmas experience for our customers.

The Role:

As a Seasonal Retail Experience Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards of our stores.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable;
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines;
  • Maintaining the visual appeal of our stores, adhering to our visual merchandising standards;
  • Contributing to stock management, replenishing displays, and participating in inventory processes;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives;
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers;
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and delivering results-driven sales performance;
  • High energy levels, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals;
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.

Location:

This role will be based at various Bed Bath N' Table stores in NSW Sydney Hills & West Sydney, including Blacktown, Castle Towers, Castle Hill Hub, Penrith, Penrith Westfield, Rouse Hill, and Winston Hills.

Availability:

We're looking for candidates who are available to start from mid-November, with great availability between December 14th, 2024, and January 5th, 2025, including weekends and evenings.
