Product Delivery Expert

Our company is seeking a skilled Product Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Product Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through tailored technology deployments.

The successful candidate will have expertise in:

  • Ensuring quality assurance on new orders
  • Designing and implementing tailored hardware solutions
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to implement customer requirements
  • Working closely with field technicians to install hardware solutions on site
  • Managing relationships with funders to secure equipment finance approval
  • Utilizing CRM programs to manage customer interactions
  • Creating, maintaining, and completing orders through online ordering tools
  • Negotiating with large hardware vendors to procure and deliver equipment
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Advanced administration and data management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Self-confidence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous project management/delivery experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry an advantage but not essential
