We are seeking a Solution Architecture Professional with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow to join our growing team.

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate with our delivery teams and clients to design and implement innovative, future-ready solutions across transformation programs.
  • Your role will be crucial in ensuring our platforms are well-integrated, secure, and aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across CSM, PSDS, HRSD, and custom applications.
  • Lead the migration of legacy systems (e.g., Temenos Journey Manager) to ServiceNow, utilizing OOTB forms and case management.
  • Define integration strategies with enterprise platforms including Azure, Microsoft 365, and external APIs.
  • Drive and enforce design principles across the delivery team.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, with 4+ years in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
  • Expertise in PSDS, CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, API design, and data migration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of security, identity management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PSPF, ISM).
  • Familiarity with public sector digital transformation and case management workflows.
