Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding service to customers and be able to lead and develop a high-performing team.

About the role:

  • Work closely with store leaders in managing operations to achieve success
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
  • Be safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members and customers
  • Set a positive example at all times
  • Often have opening and closing responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service is provided
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control and merchandise planning
  • Lead by example and maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience
  • Ideally have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
  • Prioritize safety
