Job Title: Special Events Supervisor

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have experience in supervising teams and ensuring seamless event execution?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Events Supervisor to join our team. As a Special Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet events, including setup, service, and breakdown.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and coordinate all banquet activities, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring they are executed according to the event specifications.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the banquet staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all banquet events are properly staffed, with adequate resources and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of event schedules, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Conduct pre-event meetings with clients and event coordinators to review details and resolve any special requests or issues.
Requirements:
  • Passion for customer service
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills both with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
